Mr. Zhang practiced in the SIPO as a examiner for 12 years, handling over 800 patents applications on substantive examination and nearly 100 patents applications on re-examination, which made him have rich practice experience in patent application, Office Action response, patent re-examination, etc. Mr. Zhang has been worked in GRANDER IP LAW FIRM since 2014, managing the chemical department and being the manager of Chinese department.

Mr. Zhang obtained his bachelor degree of chemical from Liaoning University, and obtained his master degree of chemical from University of Science and Technology Liaoning.
