Ms. Di’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and enforcement. Her patent expertise covers the technical fields of mechanics, physics and chemistry.
Experience
Ms. Di is one of the earliest patent attorneys since the establishment of the patent system in China in 1985. She worked in Tsinghua University, one of the most prestigious universities in China, as a senior patent counsel for over twenty years, providing comprehensive patent services for the different scientific sections of the university. Ms. Di is very experienced in handling complex patent cases.
Ms. Di obtained the bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University. She was admitted as PRC patent attorney in 1985.
