Mr. Zhengyu LI is an attorney at law and a patent attorney, specialized in patent drafting, prosecution, FTO analysis, patent validity analysis, patent infringement opinion, patent portfolio management, IP strategy making, IP due diligence in M&A, IP infringement litigation, patent invalidation & patent re-examination procedure, trade secret protection with a focus on electronics & communcation sector. He received his B.S. in engineering physics from Tsinghua University. Mr. LI started career profession as patent attorney at Shangcheng & Partners. Then he joined Grander IP Law Firm, a full scope service IP firm with a staff of 80 professionals, in 2019. Mr. LI provided patent procetion, invalidation, ligtation, IP due diligence in M&A, FTO analysis services to a variety of foreign and domestic clients including Fortune Global 500 Enterprises, such as, Intel, Hyundai, LG, Hitachi, Panasonic and Ping An. Mr. Li passed Chinese bar exam with the highest score in the country in 2017. Mr. LI is a member of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and INTA.
